5.1 Deposits. 7spain accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard. All funds deposited are held in Philippine Peso (₱). 7spain does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available payment options. 5.3 Currency. All transactions on 7spain are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a Player deposits using a currency other than PHP, conversion will be applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.
5.4 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. 7spain will notify the Player via their registered contact details before any dormancy fee is applied to the account balance.

All content on the 7spain platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of 7spain or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal gambling entertainment purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7spain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. 7spain's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7spain does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where practicable.
